Web project:

Process:
I don't know much about web design, but I enjoyed doing it. We had to watch a video and follow the instructions that Mr. Olson gave us. This was a fun process, and I really liked it. I am going to do Web Design next year, and I will hopefully enjoy it just as much.

How long did it take? Did you use class time?
This took me about 4 to 5 days total. It was a long process, but it was easy. I used my time in class very wisely. I feel that i was very interested in what i was doing, and that it why my time was used so wisely.

Challenges: 
This project was challenging due to all the little steps that it had. I faced a few challenges here and there, but overall it was pretty easy and I enjoyed it very much.

What did I learn?
I learned a lot using web, and I have always wondered how to make a website. I enjoyed the process, and I can't wait to do it next year.

Overall opinion: 
My overall opinion was that I really liked it. I really liked making a website because it made me feel accomplished. It was fun and easy, and I would do it again.





 

Chase Scene

Project: 
I did this project with Rosie and Brian. We worked together pretty well. This video was supposed to a video of two people chasing each other in a sequence. Our video was about Brian putting a West shirt, which makes Rosie mad. After he puts the shirt on, Rosie takes off for Brian, and starts chasing him.

Reflection: 
I really liked this project mostly because I did it with my best friends. I would do this project again. This project was very fun, and it didn't take very much time. This was my favorite project in video.

2nd Sequence video project:



Project: 
This project was supposed to be a serious of events happening in a sequence. This video is about Mason being a "super cool guy" He has gotten in trouble, and he has to go to student services. This was Masons idea.

Reflection: 
I really liked this project because it was fun and easy. My partners and I worked really well together, and I would work with them again. I feel like this was a good example of a sequence. I plan to do something like this again in my future com "carrier."

Project:
This project was about the six shots system. This is a video about Rosie being bullied. The six shots include over the shoulder, extreme wide, extreme close up, close up, establishing shot, and etc. My video does not include all of the shots.

Reflection: I really liked this project, but I feel like I was not very good at it. Next time, I will take more time, and work harder on a good story to tell.

Social Media:

Social Media can be used in two different ways. It can be used in a good, and bad way. There are a lot of bad things on the internet, and most people do not understand that. People post their emotions and what they feel, which can usually lead toad thongs determining what they are going through, or what they feel at the momment. There can also be fights, or cyber bullying, which is the most common. 

My Social Media:

I do not post on social media very often, but when I do, its usually an activity I participated in, or something I find interesting. I enjoy going on Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat. I use Snapchat the most, which is also one of the worst ones you can use. Most people abuse that app to post inappropriate things, or get someones attention. I use Snapchat to send funny pictures or videos to my friends. Overall, I like my Social Media, but I would say that it is an easy things to get carried away in. Make sure to always be safe and aware of what you are posting. 

Elevator Pitch

Elevator Pitch 

My accomplishments are Dance, and playing the Piano. Also, I planned Homecoming I am in Student Council. The best compliment I have gotten was when I went to IHOP (international house of prayer) They told me that I had big heart, and that I am a good communicator. Also, they tole me that I was a spiritual leader. My strengths that are most important are good communicator, and helping people with their problems. I am making this itch to look back on, and see how much I have changed.

The beginning process:
Animation has a lot of steps and difficulty to it, but overall its very fun. The process of the "bouncing ball" seemed to be very difficult for me, but I still managed to figure it out. The littlest things can mess you up. First, we had to make the grass and the sky. Then we had to make the ball and find the right color with a gradiant that sat in the top right curve of the ball, making it look shiny. After that you had to make the layers and put them all together. Seeing the finished product was really cool, and I really liked it. 

What did I learn?
I learned that Animation is not very easy, and it takes a lot of time. To me, this project was hard because of the issues I faced while in the process. I learned to pay close attention to instructions, and to do yje best you can. Also, I learned to never give up because its all worthit in the end. 

What would I do differently next time?
Next time, I would work harder and add more detail. Also, I would play closer attention to know the exact directions, making it easier on myself. Lastly, I would have given more effort into my project, and make it cooler. In doing so, I would make clouds and more of a backround. 

Group Flag Activity

For the past few days my e-Comm class and I have learned a little bit about color, symbols, and working as a team.  The goal is to create a flag with the colors and symbols that apply to us. In this activity we were told to really think this through and choose the absolute best color. First, we had to brainstorm our ideas and make them work together. Then, we had to sketch out our ideas and agree on one. This activity went very well, and we worked very well together. I chose my color to be Orange because it represents the calm, loving, and caring person that I am. For my symbol I chose a sun because I am always a bright person and I continuously want to brighten the mood. Our final idea was to put a giant star in the middle of our flag. We put our colors on the outer edges of the star to make it look like our colors are shining. We put our names in the middle of the star, and our symbols in the tips of it. If we were to change anything about our idea, it would be where we placed the symbols. The symbols were in a small place, and not very big. Overall, this was a great group activity and it allowed everyone to show their true colors.
